Terms and Conditions

Refer a friend and you'll receive a $100 Prezzie Card and your friend will get $100 off their surgery! 

"You" the Referrer will receive a $100 prezzie card (Prezzie Card) and your “friend” the Referee, will receive $100 off their surgery,  “we” “us” “our” is Laser Eye Centre (LEC). The following Terms and Conditions apply;

1. The Promotion is only available for 12 Months

2. The Referrer, must;
   a) Be an existing patient of our clinic and has undertaken surgery with us in the last 10 years; and
   b) Refer a friend by directing them to sign-up via our Book an Assessment page or by filing out a form at its nearest LEC offices (the Referral);
   c) Agree to the Referee to use their name & either address or phone number as proof to identify themselves as the Referrer
   d) to be eligible for the prezzie card the referee must be suitable and complete surgery within 12mths of being referred
   e) The maximum $100 prezzie cards available to referrer is 2 (two x referrals)

3. The Referee must;
   a) Register their interest to become a patient on our Book an Assessment page or by filing out a form at its nearest LEC offices; and
   b) Notify us as to who referred them to LEC with name & either address or phone number, which will only be used to identify the Referrer as an existing patient and has undertaken surgery within the past 10 years; and
   c) Under go surgery as listed on our Services page within 12 months of contacting us.

4. All conditions above must be satisfied prior to issue of Prezzie Cards to the Referrer and Referee.

5. The Referral can only be applied to new customers only.

6. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promo codes or limited time offers.

7. The Promotion is not transferrable, refundable nor redeemable for cash.

8. We reserve our right to:
   a) Terminate, modify, or suspend this Promotion without notice at any time; and
   b) Investigate any fraudulent or illegal activities in relation to this Promotion.
